    Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance

    By creating an account or using Hutka you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

    2. The service

    Hutka is a social network for karting drivers. It currently provides a feed, profiles, teams and groups, direct messages, an AI coach, manual race-result uploads and a directory of public tracks. Some advanced features (booking, payments, race control) may be visible in the codebase but are intentionally disabled at this time.

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 13 years old to use Hutka. By using the service you confirm that you can lawfully enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

    4. Your account

    • You are responsible for everything that happens through your account.
    • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your contact email up to date.
    • We sign you in via a 6-digit one-time code sent by email; protect your inbox.

    5. Acceptable use

    You agree not to:

    • Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene or hateful content.
    • Impersonate another person or organisation.
    • Upload content you do not have the right to share.
    • Attempt to break, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
    • Use Hutka to solicit users for unrelated commercial purposes.

    We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

    6. Your content

    You keep ownership of everything you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute your content as needed to operate Hutka. You can remove individual posts at any time and delete your entire account from Settings.

    7. AI Coach

    The AI Coach generates suggestions automatically. Output is provided "as is" and is not professional coaching advice. Always use your own judgement on the track.

    8. Disclaimer

    Hutka is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law.

    9. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hutka and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

    10. Termination

    You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for the community.

    11. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
